Now Is The Time To Schedule Critical Medical Appointments!

“So doctors and medical facilities trying to alert their patients to the dangers from COVID-19 now have another important message:

It is both safe and wise to call for an appointment and seek the treatment or ongoing care you and your family need.

The health of Hoosiers, and the future of Indiana health care, depends on that message getting through.”   Editorial,  www.journalgazette.net.   May 13, 2020.

This short and sweet blog post today is to help get the word out.

Our overall health is declining because we have been putting things off to leave room in the hospitals for the Corona Virus.

We sheltered in place and flattened the curve.

Our hospitals and care facilities are running at extremely low volumes of patients, so much so, furloughs are taking place.

We need to look at the facts, stop being sluggish and start making appointments:

1).  For elective surgeries,

2).  Follow ups for chronic health conditions,

3).  Children vaccinations and so on.

Pretty much what is relevant to Indiana is relevant to the rest of us except for a few concentrated hot spots in the U.S. at this time.

Pick up the phone or get online with your doctor and made those health appointments!  America is reopening and taking care of the rest of our health needs is imperative.    Tempus Fuget!

Bonus:   There are maintainers all over the world!  I like to look up an article’s location and see places I have never seen or been to before.

In this case though, I am linking to Indiana’s “Back on Track” website moving forward to recovery for the Corona Virus.  Very useful, timely information.  Please Click Here to read about the latest updates and changes.  Enjoy!  TK.  (05/09/20 – 23).
