How To Launch Your Life’s Ambitions With This Powerful Formula

“Stress + Rest = Growth.

It’s as simple and as hard as that,” writes Brad Stulberg author of Peak Performance

He continues, “no theme from the book has garnered as much attention as that equation. And for good reason…

His article in Outside.com points out that “The American College of Sports Medicine, the country’s premier body on the application of fitness science, has officially endorsed training in this manner to increase size and strength.

Meanwhile, a 2015 study published in the journal Frontiers in Physiology found that best endurance athletes in the world all have one thing in common:

“They oscillate between periods of stress and rest.”

My big interest when it comes to keeping a journal to maintain my weight, health and fitness are proper rest and recovery protocols.

I firmly believe many people burnout when starting a new weight loss program because of insufficient rest and inadequate recovery time.

So they give up, way too fast.  They habitually yo-yo with their weight.

When you figure out the rest and recovery protocol that works for you, maintaining becomes reality!

So…Is Stress + Rest = Growth the “sign” you’ve been looking for?

It is simple, powerful, profound!

You can put it to the test over and over.  So much so, Brad points out this equation applies to every area of your life as well!
